Grand Opening
Our grand opening will have plenty of entertainment which include: six (6) live bands playing at the amphitheater, local food trucks, pumpkin patch, hay rides, and giveaways for you to enjoy. There will be trackless trains driving everyone around to visit the three (3) subdivisions of Escondido, Ensenada, and Estancia. When driving around the private subdivision of Estancia, you will be sure to enjoy the waterfront views of the lakes which surround most of the half acre to one acre lots. The lakes have been filled with plenty of fish for catch and release. If you’re lucky, you will be able to see ducks with their ducklings floating around the lakes enjoying the water.
By attending the grand opening, you will have a chance to view our community center that is only for residents of Tres Lagos. It is equipped with a state of the art swimming pool, gym, showers, gorgeous patio furniture, conference room, and designated areas for your next family fun celebration. During the grand opening, there will be giveaways at the community center and a DJ playing for your entertainment.
After viewing the subdivisions and new family homes, you and your family can stop by the food truck park to enjoy some pizza, tacos, BBQ, ice cream, funnel cake, spiral potato, corn in a cup, and much more. There will be seating located in the pavilions of Tres Lagos so you can relax and enjoy your meal while soaking up the atmosphere. The pavilions located within Tres Lagos were built for having gatherings and equipped with BBQ pits for your family to enjoy.
You will be astonished to see the bands playing at the remarkable amphitheater of Tres Lagos. There will be five (5) local bands and one from Austin, Texas that play a variety of music. The amphitheater is surrounded by a large hill and grassy areas for picnic seating, so bring your blankets and enjoy the music!
